ID Center

The ID Center serves all University community including faculty, staff, students, alumni and visitors.

IDs are issued, as per Access to Campus Policy, depending on the category of each person.

Students & Alumni
  • Issuing a new ID: New students are entitled to a new ID upon the payment of their statement of fees.

  • New students can upload their photos online by accessing the AUBSIS secure area under “Personal Information" URL below:
    https://sss.aub.edu.lb/PhotoUpload

  •  Photo requirements for an AUB ID.

  • Alumni are issued a new ID after filling the AUB photo ID application at the development office in the College Hall.

  • Stolen ID: A theft report, validated by the Protection Office, should be submitted to the Registrar. The student can then issue a new ID or process clearance after submitting the obtained documentation to the ID Center.

  • Lost ID: The student should notify the Registrar. A fee of 25,000 L.L. has to be paid to the Cashier before issuing a new ID or processing clearance at the ID Center.

  • Alumni losing their ID should report the loss/theft to the Development Office.
Faculty & Staff
  • Issuing a new ID: A new ID is issued 24 hours after signing the contract at the Human Resources office.

  • Renewing an ID: A new ID is issued 24 hours after the renewal of the contract.

  • Stolen ID: A theft report should be submitted to the Human Resources. A new ID will be issued after submitting the obtained documentation to the ID Center.

  • Lost ID: The faculty/staff should notify the Human Resources. A fee of 25,000 L.L. has to be paid to the Cashier before issuing a new ID at the ID Center.
Visitors
  • All visitors are required to fill the application for an AUB photo ID. This is to be signed according to the category of the applicant.

  • Lost ID: IDs that are lost/found should be reported to the Protection Office (Ext. 2400) and/or the ID center.
